We’re really pleased to announce our new design appointment options and the procedures we’ve put in place to keep our customers safe.
We are once again able to offer home surveys as part of the design process to all customers. We will, of course, need to abide by social distancing recommendations where possible. We are fully equipped with safety wear; including masks, gloves and hand sanitiser. We do ask customers to rearrange appointments prior to our arrival if they have any symptoms of COVID-19. For those isolating or showing symptoms, please read below for options to begin your design process.
Home surveys enable us to take accurate measurements taking into account power points, plumbing, windows, doors and lighting, as well as the character of the home. This helps us provide a more accurate 3D design and price from the start. You’ll then be invited in for a 1:1 design appointment.
When you’re booked in for a design appointment, we will open the showroom for your private viewing, this allows our customers to visit in comfort and full safety. When you enter the showroom we will ask you to use the free gloves provided so you can fully explore the showroom displays, including opening the cupboard doors. We also have masks available for your use and hand sanitiser stations. The displays are all cleaned after each appointment.
You’ll be provided with refreshments and be able to view our door colours, worktop samples and further accessories in comfort. We’ll run through your design and make adjustments during the appointment, and also be able to show you specific unique units and the high quality of our cabinets.
For those isolating
If you’re isolating, or you would prefer not to have a home design survey; we can still offer initial consultations via phone or video call. You can provide your room measurements via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), we have a handy guide to measuring your kitchen in our Inspirations section. If you can also send across any styles you’ve particularly liked from our brochures, or inspiration you’ve seen, we can use this to help create your bespoke kitchen. We will then provide you with an initial design and price which will start your design journey. Once you’re ready to order, we will need to visit when possible to do final measurement checks to make sure it’s accurate.

We will soon be opening the showroom around appointments. When we have an appointment booked the showroom will be closed to walk-ins, this will be marked on our front door. Within the showroom, to aid safety, we have provided hand sanitiser stations, free gloves for customers who would like to explore the displays and masks if you’d like to use. There will be markings on the floor to encourage social distancing and we’ll be reducing the number of people who can enter at one time. We hope this will make you feel as safe and relaxed as possible within the showroom.
